1. About this policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this tribute site to InterSky Luftfahrt GmbH, for what purpose, who receives it and what rights you have. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In case of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

An email to this address is all it takes for any question about data protection or to exercise your rights.
3. Key points at a glance
- Google Analytics only with your explicit consent; without consent no cookies and no tracking
- No advertising and no social media plugins
- Fonts, images, the map and all other content are served from our own web server, not from third parties such as Google
- YouTube videos only load when you click a video
- There is no contact form, no registration and no newsletter
- Without consent, personal data is only processed in the hosting provider’s server log files
4. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus, and Hostinger, UAB, Švitrigailos g. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania). For fast delivery, Hostinger uses its own content delivery network (CDN). Hostinger processes data solely as a processor.
Each time the website is accessed, technically necessary data is recorded automatically in server log files: IP address, date and time, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, status code, browser and operating system, and the previously visited page (referrer). The website cannot be delivered without this data.
Log data is used solely to deliver the website, analyse errors and fend off attacks. It is not combined with other data, not analysed to identify individual visitors and is deleted automatically once the hosting provider’s short retention period has expired. The legal basis under the GDPR is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Encryption
The connection to the website is encrypted with TLS, shown by “https://” and the padlock icon in your browser.
6. YouTube videos (two-click solution)
The “Inflight cinema” section embeds videos from YouTube. No connection to YouTube is made when the page loads; the thumbnails are stored on our own server. Only when you click a video is it loaded in privacy-enhanced mode from youtube-nocookie.com.
From that click onwards, data is transmitted to YouTube, in particular your IP address, information about your browser and device, the page visited and your interaction with the video. YouTube may store cookies or similar technologies on your device. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. If you are logged in to Google, YouTube may associate the view with your account.
The legal basis is your consent given by clicking the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It applies only to that video and the current page view. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
7. Web analytics with Google Analytics (only with consent)
If you click “Accept” in the consent notice, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It shows how many people visit the tribute site, which sections they view, how long they stay and which websites they come from. The analysis serves solely to understand and improve the site and is carried out in aggregated form.
Cookies (for example _ga and _ga_…) are stored on your device for this purpose. The data processed includes in particular a random identifier, information about device, browser and operating system, approximate location (country/region, derived from the IP address), the pages viewed, time and referring page. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. The analytics cookies are deleted after 14 months at the latest, the reporting data after the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google. Your choice is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) so that the notice does not appear on every page view. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
8. Links to other websites
The website contains plain links, for example to YouTube, rogerhohl.com or rh-management.eu. No data is transferred to the respective provider unless you click a link. Once you do, the provider’s own privacy policy applies. The inflight magazine is loaded as a PDF from our own server.
9. Contact by email
If you send an email, your email address, name and message are used solely to deal with your enquiry and are deleted once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The legal basis under the GDPR is the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
10. Recipients and transfers abroad
Personal data is only disclosed to Hostinger as technical service provider, to YouTube after you click a video (see section 6), to Google Analytics with your consent (see section 7), and to authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so. Hostinger processes data in the European Union. The Swiss Federal Council recognises EU member states as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where subprocessors outside the EU are used, this is based on recognised safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
11. Your rights
Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the data processed about you
- have inaccurate data rectified
- have your data erased
- restrict processing
- receive your data or have it transferred in a common format
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
- withdraw consent with effect for the future
An email to info@rh-management.eu is sufficient. Proof of identity may be requested. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU the data protection authority of your country of residence.
12. No automated decision-making
No automated individual decision-making or profiling takes place.
13. Changes
This privacy policy will be updated if the website, the services used or the legal situation change. The version published on this page applies.
